How do I update the plan my organization is subscribed to?

You can easily update your billing plan/duration from the Greek Chapter billing settings

Greek Chapter offers different billing plans and durations and you're able to choose the plan that works best for your organization. At the moment, we offer three different billing durations:

  • Monthly

  • Semester (3 month)

  • Annual

Each organization operates differently, so you're able to change which plan and billing duration you're subscribed to at any time right from the Greek Chapter web dashboard. It is not possible to update your subscription from the iOS or Android app.

Updating your plan:

  • Navigate to the organization settings screen on the Greek Chapter web app. You can access it here: web.greekchapter.com/settings

  • From here, you're able to see the plan you're currently subscribed to and change to a different plan. Please note that it takes a few moments to update your subscription. You may need to reload the page to see your changes.
