You are able to create a new form by navigating to the Forms page in the web app at web.greekchapter.com. It is not currently possible to create or manage forms through the mobile app.
You will need to have a website created through Greek Chapter in order to start creating forms. No worries if you don't put any content on the actual website as it is only a requirement so that people can access your forms.
The web app will guide you through the entire form and website creation process so that you can begin collecting responses in no time!
