Phone locations are always moving as the phone is trying to pinpoint to exact location of a user. If your members are frequently having sessions automatically end on them, the radius of a study location might be too small.
You should increase the radius of a location if this keeps occurring. The Greek Chapter team is able to see why study sessions were ended for a member. If you have any questions about why a session ended for a certain member, please contact the customer support team through the app.
