Whenever study hours reset for a period, (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), organization admins will receive an email with a summary of all members that period.

The summary includes the member's name, required hours, completed hours, and completed percentage.

Members with any of the following permissions will receive the summary email when hours reset: owner, admin, study-hours-admin
